Complete Platform Usage Guide

Welcome to bkk8. This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the platform, services, and all features provided by bkk8. Please read this document in full before registering or using any of our services. By continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms stated herein.

Bkk8 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered members via platform notifications or registered email. Continued use of the platform after a change notification is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

01Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the bkk8 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Registering as a private individual in your own name — registration on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• Only one account is permitted per individual. Any attempt to register multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• Information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. bkk8 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time.
• You must be located in a region where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law.

The identity verification (KYC) process requires submission of valid identification documents such as a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or driving licence. Verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. All submitted documents are stored securely using the highest level of encryption.

Bkk8 reserves the right to reject registration applications or suspend existing accounts if the information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or inconsistent with the platform's usage conditions.

02Deposits & Withdrawals

Bkk8 supports a wide range of Malaysian local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway.

Deposit: Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 or as per the limit set for each payment method. bkk8 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for e-wallet methods and 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers. Your first withdrawal requires a completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.

• Withdrawals must be made to an account held in the same name as the registered bkk8 account.
• bkk8 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds if unusual activity is detected.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first meet the specified wagering (rollover) requirements.
• Any attempt to manipulate the payment system will result in immediate account suspension.

03Bonus & Promotions

Bkk8 offers a wide range of bonuses to members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly rebates, cashback, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements stated clearly in each promotional offer.

The general principles of bkk8 bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless stated otherwise.
• Rollover requirements must be fulfilled before any withdrawal involving bonus funds is permitted.
• bkk8 reserves the right to void any bonus claimed through fraudulent means or in violation of the terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.
• bkk8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Some games may not contribute fully or may be excluded from meeting bonus rollover requirements. The list of eligible games will be specified in the terms of each promotion. Members are encouraged to read each promotion's terms carefully before claiming.

04Game Rules & Betting

All games offered on the bkk8 platform — including slots, live casino, sports, fish shooting, and betting — are subject to specific rules set by the respective game providers. It is the member's responsibility to understand the rules of each game before playing.

• Game outcomes generated by the system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption affecting game outcomes, bkk8 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the original bet.
• The use of bots, automated software, or any unauthorised method to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes is a serious violation that will result in permanent account termination.
• For sports betting, bkk8 reserves the right to reject or void any bets suspected of being part of a match manipulation scheme.

Bkk8 uses a certified random number generator (RNG) for all online slot and table games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. This RNG system is regularly audited by independent bodies to verify its integrity.

05Privacy & Data Security

Bkk8 is committed to protecting the privacy and data security of all members. The collection, storage, and use of your data is conducted in accordance with the bkk8 Privacy Policy, which is available for separate reference.

In summary, bkk8 collects personal data for the following purposes:

• Identity verification (KYC) and fraud prevention.
• Processing financial transactions securely.
• Providing relevant and effective customer support.
• Complying with legal obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Overall platform improvement and user experience enhancement.

Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing only occurs with service partners directly involved in platform operations (e.g. payment gateway providers) and only to the extent necessary to deliver those services.

06Account Termination & Restrictions

Bkk8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a member's account at any time if there is reasonable cause to do so. This action may be taken without prior notice in serious cases.

Reasons that may result in action taken against an account include:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Fraud, money laundering, or suspicious financial activity.
• Use of bots, automated software, or exploitation of platform bugs.
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
• Inappropriate or threatening behaviour directed at bkk8 support staff.
• Violation of any section within these terms and conditions.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so via the account dashboard or by contacting the bkk8 customer support team. Valid fund balances (excluding bonus funds that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned within 3 to 5 business days after the account closure process is completed.

07Responsibility & Liability Limits

Bkk8 strives to keep the platform running without interruption at all times. However, as with any technology platform, technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

• bkk8 is not liable for any losses arising from internet disruptions on the member's end.
• bkk8 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account caused by a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• bkk8's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that member within the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
• bkk8 makes no guarantee that online gambling activities are lawful in all jurisdictions. It is the member's responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where bkk8 is registered. Any disputes arising from the use of the bkk8 platform will be resolved through the dispute resolution process established by the licensing authority that issued bkk8's operating licence.

If any provision in these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect.
